A court or a common auction service orders a judicial auction as part of a proceeding. This is usually debt enforcement, often mortgage enforcement, but can also arise from voluntary-jurisdiction proceedings or insolvency liquidation. All are held through the BOE Auction Portal; this page brings together the residential listings.

The managing authority shown on each record is the court handling the case. Its published documents may include the land-register description, known possession information and recorded charges. Review those documents and the charges on an auction property before paying the deposit.
