Cookies and local storage
First-party cookies
If you sign in, the site creates the __Host-sv_sesion cookie to keep you signed in for 30 days (extended while you use the site); it is removed when you sign out. Google or Facebook sign-in also uses __Host-sv_oauth for 10 minutes to check that the provider response matches your request. These cookies are needed for the service you requested and do not require consent under Article 22(2) LSSI.
To count visits, Subastas de Viviendas uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you: it only records, in aggregate, the page visited, the referring page, the country and the browser and device type. It relies on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used. The website sets no other cookies.
Browser local storage
Some tools save data in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so they can work. Data is stored only when you use the tool and is not sent to the server, except that favourites are also saved to your account when you sign in. Because this is needed to provide a service you request, it does not require consent under Article 22(2) LSSI.

Data remains until you remove it from the relevant tool or delete this site’s data in your browser settings. It will not be available if you change browser or device.
Consent and advertising
Advertising and a consent platform are not currently loaded, so third-party advertising cookies are not set.
Other external services
When the map is displayed, your browser downloads images from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address. This website does not set cookies for the map. Links to official portals take you to sites with their own cookie policies.
The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. It is used to protect the form, not for advertising.
Sign-in, registration and password recovery pages also load Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not an automated program. It is needed to secure these forms and is not used for advertising.
