What you can ask us
- Working with us. If your company wants to join our partner directory, include its name, website, the provinces it serves and the services it offers. We will review your proposal and get in touch about a possible partnership.
- Data corrections. If a listing differs from the official notice, include the listing link or reference (for example, SUB-JA-2026-…) and the field that does not match. The official source takes precedence.
- How the service works. Search, listings, history, account access and email alerts.
- Your personal data. Access, correction, deletion or waitlist removal, as described in the privacy policy.
