BOE home auctions

The State Gazette Agency’s BOE Auction Portal is the electronic platform where judicial auctions, auctions run by the Tax Agency and other public bodies, and notarial auctions are published and held. This page covers residential records only: apartments, houses, detached homes, duplexes, penthouses and studios.

The portal hosts the bidding; it is not the body selling the asset. Each notice names its managing authority, such as a court, collection office or notary. What the catalogue contains

7,549 auction records, of which 821 are current and 708 are bidding now. Bid figures use published amounts, including historical records; they are not market prices or predictions of an award amount.
