Completed residential auctions
Review past property records and compare the terms published in earlier auctions.
Of the 139 auctions in this search with a checked result, 89 had bids and 50 had no bids (36% had no bids). For auctions with bids, the median highest bid was 64% of the published value.
These auctions have ended. The highest bid is the top amount published by BOE at closing; it does not confirm that the property was awarded at that amount, because the award may not be approved or may go to the creditor. Valuation and minimum bid are notice amounts, not sale prices.

What you can check in a past auction
Each listing keeps its reference, location, dates and amounts from the notice. You can review the official source and recorded changes. A listing keeps the same address after the auction ends.
How to interpret the amounts
The minimum bid is the published condition for taking part; valuation is a reference amount. The highest bid is the top offer received, according to BOE. It is closer to the outcome, but still is not the award price, which depends on approval. “No bids” means the auction received no bids. Spanish Social Security does not publish the result.
Coverage depends on the notices we have been able to check. The archive does not include every historical case or every multi-lot auction.
