How to keep track of several auctions

A practical process for saving favourites, comparing listings, noting questions and checking key dates without relying on memory.

Separate discovery from research

Your first search can be broad: choose a province, property type and minimum-bid range. Save only the listings you want to review later. A short list makes it easier to return to the documents and see what is missing. If you are unsure about the source, our article on BOE and Social Security auctions explains their differences.

The favourites list is saved in your current browser. It does not sync automatically between devices and may disappear if you clear the site’s local storage.

Compare small groups

The comparator accepts four homes. Choose properties that make sense to review together: by area, size or the use you are considering.

Check which fields are unavailable before focusing on differences in price. A table with gaps does not provide the same basis for a decision as one with checked information.

Write down questions, not just conclusions

You can leave a note on each listing about what you need to check. For example: find the documents, confirm the closing or auction date, or ask a professional to review a detail.

The checklist is personal. You can unmark an item when you receive new information and save your review again. Do not upload other people’s personal data to a shared space, and do not treat a note as verification.

Put the key date in your calendar

The calendar button on a listing creates an ICS file with the published closing date (BOE) or auction date (Social Security), and a reminder for the previous day. Open it with a compatible calendar app.

The event is not connected live to the proceeding. If you download it again after a date changes, check how your calendar handles updates and review the official notice.

Receive new matches

The alert subscription costs €3.50 per month, including VAT, and is intended to notify you when the system detects a new auction matching your preferences. Search and reference tools remain free.

While activation is not connected, the alerts form can save a local draft. Saving that draft does not send emails or start a charge.

Scope and professional advice

This guide explains how to use published information. It does not replace the official notice or documents for a proceeding, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. Many source documents are in Spanish; this English text is not a certified translation.
