How we prepare the blog.

We want you to know what you are reading, where the information comes from and what you still need to check for your own case.

Who publishes

The service operator is Alejandro Juan Torres, identified in the legal notice. You can send a correction or a question about the content through the contact form.

The Subastas de Viviendas team publishes these articles as informational material for the service. The byline identifies the project; it does not represent accreditation as a lawyer, tax adviser or valuer. These articles currently do not have an individual legal review signed by a professional.

How each article is prepared

Texts are prepared with AI assistance around a specific question and checked against official sources. They link to the documents used. We distinguish published facts, suggestions for organising a search and fictional examples used to explain a calculation.

Technical review checks internal links, structure and indexability. That check does not certify a legal interpretation or whether every condition still applies to a particular case file.

Sources we use

For matters within their remit, we prioritise the BOE, Spanish Social Security, the Tax Agency and the Association of Registrars. Where rules vary by autonomous community, proceeding or date, we explain that you need to check the applicable rule and document. We do not offer universal percentages when no common rule exists.

Dates and corrections

To report an error, send the URL, data point or sentence to review and, if available, a link to the official document that contradicts it. Do not attach identity documents or third parties’ personal data. This lets us check the specific point against its source.

Each article shows an update date and its sources. The date changes when the content is reviewed or revised, not every time the website is built. A rule may change after that review: check the version in force and transitional provisions before committing money.

Corrections should be reflected in the text and its review date. We do not present content as continuously supervised, and we do not invent authors, professional experience or testimonials.

How the blog relates to the service

Links to the search, comparator and calculator help apply what you have read. The alert subscription and advertising, when active, fund the service. They do not turn an article into a purchase recommendation or certify a property opportunity.

Examples are not real offers. Blog information does not replace legal, tax or financial advice tailored to your circumstances.
